Ingredients

  1. 2and 1/2 cups of rice
  2. 1/4cabbage
  3. 1onion
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 80 mlcooking oil
  6. 1 tbssalt

    Boil 2½cups water for rice

  2. 2

    Add rice, cooking oil and salt

  3. 3

    When cooked set aside

  4. 4

    Place onions and cooking oil in a sufuria

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes and crash them as they soften

  6. 6

    Add cabbage and stir then add stir then add water and salt and cover for 3-5minutes

  7. 7

    Serve with rice
