Steps

Slit X On tomatoes. Blanch tomatoes in a hot boiling water for 3 minutes.

Once cooled peel the skin of tomatoes. Blend 3 tomatoes in to fine puree. And discard seeds of remaining 3 tomatoes. Chopped them into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan. Add butter. Add garlic & or onions. Saute well until golden. Add chopped tomatoes. Saute all. Mash with pav Bhaji Masher. Cook until tomatoes get tender.

Add tomato puree & tomato sauce. Mix all properly. Saute for 3-4 minutes.

Add red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, oregano, basil leaves, Sugar & salt. Mix all properly. Saute all for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from gas. Once cooled transfer into air tight container.

Pizza or pasta sauce is ready to use.
