Wash daal and rice separately and soak separately for 30 minutes.

Take daal in cooker. Add salt, turmeric powder.

Add water accordingly.

Cover the lid and take 2 whistles.

Now tempering- take ghee in pan. Heat it.

Add hing and jeera.

When jeera colours changes, add chilli powder.

After few seconds turn off the gas.

Immediately add this to boiled daal.

Add lemon juice.

Daal is ready to serve.

Take soaked rice in cooker.

Add salt, ghee and water accordingly. take one whistle.

Rice is ready to serve.

Take wheat flour in parat.

Add salt and knead soft dough with the help of water.

Keep this dough aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes make small balls.

Roll these balls using rolling pin.

Bake Roti's on hot tawa from both sides and apply ghee.

In the same way make all Roti's.

Daal, chawal, roti is ready to serve.

Serve hot with salad, and any kind of chutni aur curd.
