Ingredients

  • 1 cupurad dal dhuli
  • 1 tbmoong dal dhuli
  • 1 & 3/4 tbsp pisi chini
  • 3/4 cupdesi ghee
  • as neededChopped nuts
  • As needed mishri

Steps

  1. 1

    Urad & moong dal ko fine grind karein

  2. 2

    Sieve them

  3. 3

    Take a heavy Pan add ghee

  4. 4

    Stir fry in simmer flame until golden brown

  5. 5

    Gas turn off &keep it in big plate or parat

  6. 6

    Properly cool down &ghee upper side layer jaise jam jaye

  7. 7

    Spatula ki help se nikal kar use fente

  8. 8

    Beat them until soft and fluffy like butter

  9. 9

    Add sugar again beat 2-3mnts

  10. 10

    Keep it in pepper bowl garnish with chopped nuts and mishri..
