Ladoo made with Til and gur (jaggery)mix together and it is spec. prepared on Makar sankaranti . Til ghur ladoo is alsoo called Tilkut . It is very easy to make.
Steps

Dry roast til (seseme seed)on a slow to medium flame and keep aside do not over roast slightly brown and keep aside.

Dry roast dry fruits and keep aside.

Now take mixture jaar and put 400 gm of til into the jar and coarsely grind the til and keep aside.

Now take nonstick pan and put two tablespoons of desi ghee when ghee gets melt than put crushed gur (jaggery) into the pan and keep string on slow flame.

When gur melts than put grinded til, khoya, big cardimom seeds and roasted dry fruits and mix well keep string for 3 to 4 min on slow flame and keep the flame off.

When mixture get slightly warm aaply some desi ghee in hand and make ladoo of it and put rest til in a plate and roll ladoo over it.

Make all ladoo in the same manner and enjoy in winter's healthy and tasty ladoo at home.....
