Normally the seviyan is cooked with sugar, but I have cooked it into jaggery ( gur) it's more healthier than sugar, and it's very delicious and healthy recipe. Even diabetic patients can also have it.

Roast the seviyan with little ghee.

In a pan add remaining ghee and fry dry fruits

Now add milk to the pan,let it boil

Once it start boiling add roasted seviyan and cook for 5 mins

In a bowl mix custard powder with little cold milk
- 6
Now add this custard mixture to the seviyan, let it boil

Cook for 2-3 mins, add cardamom powder and off the gas
- 8
Now add grated jaggery/ powder mix and cover.

The seviyan is still hot so jaggery gets dissolve.
