2-3 minutes per side

1.5 LBSjumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
5 TBSasian dark sesame oil
3 TBSrice wine, sake, or dry sherry
3 TBSsoy sauce
1.5 TBShoney
1.5 TBSsesame seeds
1 TBSthai sweet chili sauce
1/2 TSPchinese 5 spice powder
2 clovescrushed garlic
2 slicesfresh ginger
2scallions finely chopped for garnish

2-3 minutes per side

Rinse and dry shrimp

Combine all ingredients - whisk together

Put shrimp in marinade - let sit for 1 hour

Cook on hot oiled grill until browned - 2-3 minutes per side
