Boil shells until tender. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly, drain well.

In large bowl, mix mayo, mustard, pickles, onions and lemon juice. Add salt & pepper. Stir in cooled pasta and cheese; toss until evenly coated.

Cover and refrigerate for a couple hours.
