Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 1/2 lbVenison meat, cubed
  2. 1 cupThinly sliced onion
  3. 2Bay leaves
  4. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  5. 4 ozSliced mushrooms
  6. 12 ozBeer
  7. 1/4 cupKeychup
  8. 1/4 tspEach, salt/pepper
  9. to thicken
  10. 2 tbspCornstarch
  11. 1/4 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all but cornstarch/water in large crockpot. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Cover and cook on low 6-9 hours. Remove bay leaves.

  3. 3

    To thicken: turn heat to high. Mix cornstarch with water and stir in. Cover and cook additional 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve with mashed potatoes or hot buttered noodles.
