Ingredients

6 servings

2 1/2 lbVenison meat, cubed
1 cupThinly sliced onion
2Bay leaves
1 cancream of mushroom soup
4 ozSliced mushrooms
12 ozBeer
1/4 cupKeychup
1/4 tspEach, salt/pepper
to thicken
2 tbspCornstarch
1/4 cupWater

Steps

Place all but cornstarch/water in large crockpot. Mix well.

Cover and cook on low 6-9 hours. Remove bay leaves.

To thicken: turn heat to high. Mix cornstarch with water and stir in. Cover and cook additional 15 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes or hot buttered noodles.
