  • 1 packagesColby and Monterey jack shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 lbGround beef
  • 1 canCream of mushroom soup
  • 1 canenchilada sauce
  • 1 canblack olives drained and sliced
  • 1 canrotel
  • 1 packagesflour tortillas
  • 1/8 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/8 tspchili powder
  • 1/8 tspground cumin
  • 1/8 tsppepper

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Brown beef and drain.

  3. 3

    Add soup, enchilada sauce, rotel, olives, all spices, and half of cheese to beef.

  4. 4

    Cook until well mixed.

  5. 5

    Line casserole dish with tortilla shells then hamburger mixture. Alternate these layers until all ingredients are in dish. Top off with remaining cheese.

  6. 6

    Bake until cheese is melted.
