  1. 15 mlolive oil
  2. 15 mlbutter
  3. 1 largeonion, chopped
  4. 250 gramsbacon, diced
  5. 50 mlolives, sliced
  6. 30 mlherbs, chopped
  7. 2 slicefeta
  8. 250 mlcheese, grated
  9. 2 largeeggs
  10. 200 mlmilk
  11. 60 mlflour

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180° C

    Melt butter and olive oil in pan

  3. 3

    Fry onions and bacon. Add herbs. Let cool.

  4. 4

    Mix eggs, milk and flour together

  5. 5

    Add olives, feta and cheese to onion mix

  6. 6

    Spray quiche dish and add onion mix

  7. 7

    Add milk mix over everything

  8. 8

    Bake in pre heated oven for 30 min
