Mince all veggies

Melt butter in large skillet on med heat

Add minced veggies to skillet and turn to low heat

On Med heat add 3 Sausage to any cookware

While sautéing veggies, mince sausage and add to egg mixture along with 1 cup of cheese

Add sautéed veggies to egg mixture and add seasoning to taste, mix well

On Med-High heat add mixture to the large sauté pan and make sure to stir/flip often to not burn the cheese or eggs

Add your last 1 cup of cheese to the top of your eggs when plated
