Ek pan me oil garam karke whole garam masala dal kar onion paste dale.ginger garlic paste dale.thoda golden brown hone par tomato paste dale.red chilli,coriander powder,biryani masala,salt dal kar sim gas par dhakkan lagakr pakaye.Jab gravy oil chodne lage tab curd add karein.gravy ke do part karein.ek part me Orange red colour dale or dusre part me spinach paste dale.

Steamed rice ke 3 part karein. Ek part Orange gravy mix karein.second part me green gravy mix karein and third part me jeera ka tadka dal kar mix karein

Ek deep bartan me thoda butter dal kar green rice dale uper garam masala, fried onion,butter(optional)dale.fir jeera rice ki layer dale firse garam masala,fried onion,butter dale.ab Orange rice dale again garam masala,fried onion,butter dal kar dhakkan lagakr 5-7 min sim gas par rakhe and garama garam thande thande curd ke sath serve karein.
