  • 3-4fresh corn tortillas per person
  • 9-10 ozadobera cheese (250-300 grams)
  • Salsas to taste: green, red, chipotle, habanero, etc

    Warm the tortillas in a skillet or on a griddle so they don't break when folded.

  2. 2

    Fill generously with cheese and fold the tortillas in half.

  3. 3

    Heat a skillet, add a splash of oil, and fry the quesadillas until golden.

  4. 4

    Serve immediately while hot.
