  • 400 gpre boiled Githeri
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1 tsproyco
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 5peeled tomatoes
  • 1onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onions and heat with oil till golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and cook till softened.

  3. 3

    Add potatoes which are half chopped

  4. 4

    Cook for ten mins and add Githeri, salt and royco

  5. 5

    Add a little water and cover to cook for 15 mins.

  6. 6

    Serve with tea. Yummy
