Wash meat in saltwater

Cut up onion, scotch bonnet pepper and garlic clove

Add oxtail, soy sauce, browning, allspice, 1/2 tsp season salt, garlic powder, onion powder, accent salt, black pepper, garlic, onion, thyme and scotch bonnet pepper to bowl

Mix everything together in bowl

Add olive oil to pressure cooker and heat on high

When will is hot add everything from bowl to pressure cooker

Cook meat until slightly brown

Add water and close top on pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes

Pour ingredients into pot

Cut up potatoe, carrots and tomato and add to pot

Add remaining ingredients to pot except for bread crumbs

Cook on medium high for 25 minutes or until potatoes until potato is soft

Add bread crumbs to thicken gravy
