Ingredients

  • 5Bonelesss Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cupWater
  • 2 tbspLemon juice
  • 3 cupWater
  • 2 cupRice
  • 2 cupWater
  • 2 canCream Of Chicken soup
  • 3 canChicken Broth
  • 2 tbspLemon Juice
  • 2 tspParsley
  • 1Salt And Pepper

Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

    Lace chicken in baking dish with 1/4 c water and 2 T Lemon juice. Cover with foil and bake on 350 for 45 minutes.

  2. 2

    Boil 3 c water. Remove and add 2 c rice and let stand for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients to rice. Tear apart chicken and simmer for 45 minutes.
