3 lbGround beef
12 ozEvaporated milk
1 cupOatmeal
1 cupCracker crumbs
2Eggs
1/2 tspGarlic powder
2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
2 tspChili powder
Sauce
3 cupKetchup
1 1/2 cupBrown sugar
1 tspLiquid smoke
1 tspGarlic powder

Combine the first nine ingredients and shape into balls. Place meatballs in a greased 13x9x2" pan.

Combine ketchup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, and garlic powder and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour sauce over meatballs.

Bake at 350° for one hour uncovered.
