1 1/4 cuponion
1/2 tspgarlic
1 1/2 quartfat free low sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 lbasparagus
1/2potato diced
1 dashsalt
1/2 tspyellow mustard seed
1 dashspice mix
1/2 tspdry mustard

Steps

Saute onions and garlic in 1/4 cup of the chicken broth

Add asparagus, potato and remaining stock. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes
3

Remove soup from heat and puree with food processor. Return to the pan and season with spice mix
