32 ozchicken broth
2 cupkale
1 cupheavy whipping cream
2 tbspflour

Brown sausage and bacon bits

add sausage, bacon, cubed potatoes, chopped onion, garlic and chicken broth to slow cooker.

add water to cover everything if needed

cool on low for 5 to 6 hours

last 30 minutes, mix cream, and flower, add to soup

add kale

cook 30 more minutes.

add salt and pepper to taste
