Steps

Make a tight dough with all above ingredients

Allow to rest the dough for 20min

Take a portion of dough and make thin chapati out of it

Cut with heart shaped cutter

Prick hearts with fork

Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry these hearts on a low flame so that they become crispy

Take them on paper Towel and serve hot with tamarind sauce
