For stuffing : heat oil in a pan, add jeera, rai, coriander seeds, hing, curry leaves and stir it

Add cashews till it turns to golden brown.

Add onion and saute it well. Then add ginger and green chillies and saute it.

Add haldi, chilli powder, garam masala, Salt and mix it well

Now add mashed potatoes and mix it properly.

At last add coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix it well

Turn off the burner and keep it aside

For batter : take a bowl, add besan, cornflour, haldi, red chilli powder, ajwain, Salt and combine well and then add water and mix well.

Batter flowing consistency is thick, then add oil and baking soda. Mix gently.

Now take stuffing in ur palm and make a small or medium sized ball

Dip this balls in a batter and then deep fry

Stir occasionally till it golden brown.

Ready to eat ur Aloo Bonda. Enjoy with Green Chutney or Tomato Sauce
