Ingredients

  • 5 spoonswheat flour
  • 1 spoonragi flour
  • 1/2 cupJaggery (gud)
  • Water little
  • Milk to make batter
  • 1 tspbutter
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 spoonCocoa powder
  • 1 spoonDrinking chocolate
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • 1 spoonbaking powder
  • Vanilla essence
  • 2 big spoonDark and compund chocolate
  • 2 big spoonWhipping cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a syrup of gud and little water keep aside and let it cool

    Now add butter and mix

  3. 3

    Now add all the seived dry ingredients

  4. 4

    Mix well add milk according to consistency

  5. 5

    Now bake on 160 for 15 minutes

  6. 6

    Let it cool

  7. 7

    Cut chocolate into pieces melt it add whipping cream

    Now cut in cake horizontally and add ctram and chocolate mix add choco chips

    Now keep another later of cake apply cream and decorate
