  • 1 bagFrozen Cauliflower
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 2sprays Olive oil spray
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1/2 cupNonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1To taste Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tspHorseradish

  1. 1

    Set oven to 375°F
    Put cauliflower and garlic on a banking pan and spray with olive oil spray add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Place cauliflower and garlic in food processor with butter, yogurt and horseradish and process until smooth.
