  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 1/4 cupChopped onion
  • 1/4 cupOlive oil
  • 1/3 cupRed wine
  • 1 tbspThyme

    Preheat oven to 300

  2. 2

    In bowl add spices to beef ribs

  3. 3

    Place ribs in baking pan with oil at the bottom than place the rest of oil on top of ribs

  4. 4

    Add red wine

  5. 5

    Cook till tender
