Ingredients

  1. Pudding
  2. 1/2 cupSugar
  3. 1 largeEgg
  4. 1 tbspWhite Vinegar
  5. 1 tbspApricot Jam
  6. 1 cupSelf Raising Flour
  7. 1Salt
  8. 1 1/2 tspBicarbonate Of Soda
  9. 1 cupMilk
  10. Sauce
  11. 1 cupSugar
  12. 1 cupWater
  13. 1 cupCream
  14. 2 tbspButter
  15. 1 tspVanilla Essence

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all pudding ingredients together in a bowl with an electric mixer.

    Butter an oven proof bowl, poor the pudding mixture in and place in the oven at 160°C for 45 minutes.

    Put all ingredients for the sauce in a pot and stir until boiling.

  4. 4

    Poke holes in the baked pudding (I use a fork) and poor sauce over until completely absorbed.

    Serve hot with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
