Ingredients

4 servings
  • 18 ozpork tenderloin
  • 6 tbspItalian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 tbspgrated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tspseasoning blend (such as Sandwich Sprinkle or Nature's Seasons)
  • 1/2 tbsponion powder
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tbspolive oil
  • 2 lbpackaged gnocchi, cooked
  • 24 ozjar vodka pasta sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut pork into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add the pork, several pieces at a time, and shake to coat.

  3. 3

    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook pork in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink.

  4. 4

    Add gnocchi and pasta sauce to pan. Simmer for a few minutes to allow pasta sauce to warm up.
