Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupOil ( your choice ) I used extra virgin Olive oil
  2. 1/4 tspKosher salt
  3. 1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper
  4. 1 cloveminced garlic
  5. 1/2 mediumonion sliced
  6. 1 headCauliflower cut up into bite size florets

Cooking Instructions

40 mins

    preheat oven to 400°F.

    Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Toss all ingredients together and bake for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    After 10 minutes stir and bake another 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Then turn oven down to 350°F and bake another 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    When finished adjust seasoning and serve.
