1/4 cupOil ( your choice ) I used extra virgin Olive oil
1/4 tspKosher salt
1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper
1 cloveminced garlic
1/2 mediumonion sliced
1 headCauliflower cut up into bite size florets

Steps

preheat oven to 400°F.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss all ingredients together and bake for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes stir and bake another 10 minutes.

Then turn oven down to 350°F and bake another 10 minutes.

When finished adjust seasoning and serve.
