Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. 1 tbspClarified Butter (Ghee)
  3. 1/2 cupBoiled and grind Spinach
  4. 1 tspCelery Seeds (Ajwain)
  5. 1 tspKalonji or Mangrail, Black Caraway, Nigella,
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 cupVegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add wheat flour along with clarified butter mix it well, add salt or black salt,celery seeds and kalonji seeds.

  2. 2

    Add spinach and prepare a dough, add water if required.

  3. 3

    Put the dough aside for 2 minutes,

  4. 4

    Take out small portions of the dough and with the help o rolling pin and rolling board prepare flatbread.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan and prepare poori.

  6. 6

    Serve it with any curry recipe.
