.Wash methi and coriander leaves and chop. &Keep it aside. Heat a pan and roast, chopped onion, chillies and grated coconut, garlic ginger. Allow it to a cool. Then grind in a mixer and transfer it to one bowl and keep it aside. roast dry masala in a pan & Make a dry powder of cinnamon, cloves, coriander seeds. & Keep it aside.

Cook rice in a cooker& keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, jeera and curry leaves &urad dal and saute well. Then add pea nuts and saute well. Add chopped methi and coriander leaves,saute well. Add grounded onion masala and saute well. Add salt and turmeric powder and lemon juice and off the gas stove. Add powdered dry masala powder and sambar powder and chopped fresh coriander leaves.

Mix it with rice well. It is ready to serve now. Serve hot with any sambar chutney or salad or curd
