Ingredients

  1. 500 gshallots (small onions)
  2. 50 gmustard seeds
  3. 1 tbspsalt
  4. 1 tbspmix spices--haldi chilli powder dhania powder
  5. 500 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly peel the shallots

    Slit the shallots in plus+ sign

    Put dem in a jar (plastic or glass)

    Grind the mustard seeds

    Add the salt dry spices and mustard powder

    Toss well

    After 2 hrs add water

    Mix it twice in a day for 4 days or else keep in the sun for 2 days. It's ready to b had wit rice roti or as a side dish
