Firstly peel the shallots

Slit the shallots in plus+ sign

Put dem in a jar (plastic or glass)

Grind the mustard seeds

Add the salt dry spices and mustard powder

Toss well

After 2 hrs add water

Mix it twice in a day for 4 days or else keep in the sun for 2 days. It's ready to b had wit rice roti or as a side dish
