  • 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  • 1/2 cupHung curd
  • 1 pinchBaking soda
  • 1/2 spoonSalt
  • 2-3Green chilli
  • Curry leaves, mustard seed, oil

Steps

    Pehle dahi aur suji aur agar jarurat ho toh thoda pani dalkar achhse fent kar rest kar dijiye 30 miniute tak

    Coriander leaves aur green chilli ko mixi me paste banale

  3. 3

    Fir suji au dahi ke mixture me coriander paste aur namak aur baking soda achhese fentle batter ki consistency na jyada gadha na jyada patla ho rakhe

    Fir ek kadai me pani garam karein ek stand lagae stand ke upar ek bartan ko grease karke usme batter dalkar rakhe 20/25 miniute steam me pakne de fir chaku se cheak karein agar bina chipke chaku nikal jae toh samjhe dhokla ready he

  5. 5

    Fir tempering ke liye thoda tel garam karein thoda mustard seed aur kadi pata chatkae aur us tadke ko dhokle ke upar spread karein aur serve karein
