Ingredients

  • 2 cupchopped coriander
  • 2 cupchopped spring garlic
  • 1 cupchopped Fresh red chillies
  • 1 tablespoonchopped ginger
  • 1/2 cupcheakpea flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonchat masala
  • 1/2teaspoonlemon
  • Green chutney for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add chopped coriander,spring garlic,ginger,chilli,cheakpea flour

    Add only 2_3 tablespoon water

    Mix well

    Heat the oil in pan

  5. 5

    Make tiny fritters in hot oil

  6. 6

    Let it fry till crispy

    Sprinkle chat masala on it

    Serve it in serving dish with green chutney and lemon
