Wash and prep vegetables. Core, coarsely chopped tomatoes. Core, seed and chop peppers. Pio and coarsely chopped onions and shallots. Pio, seed and chop cucumbers. With vinegar oil and reserved tomato juice, canned juice and eggs.

And blender or food processor purée vegetables in small batches. Added tomato juice mixture. Don't be a rake completely/leaves some chunks.

Stir in cayenne, salt and pepper and dill.

Cover and chill for at least four hours..

Serve with sour cream, crabmeat or Parmesan cheese
