These are all the ingredients for spinach delight

Take a pan melt butter in it and add semolina in it cook it until it becomes brown

When it becomes brown add spinach paste in it and cook until it gets semi solid

Then add khoya, castor sugar and mix it well

Add condense milk in it mix it well add cardamom powder in it

Then take Marie gold biscuits and dip out in milk. Apply the mixture on the biscuit. Make a tower doing by this process

You have to make the tower like this

Cover the tower with mixture and let it refrigerate for 2 hours

Cut the pieces of tower like this and your spinach delight is ready
