Trim, rinse and halve brussel sprouts.

Cut red onion into small strips

Crush garlic

Microwave brussel sprouts on high for 5 minutes. Meanwhile heat bacon fat on medium high. Add onions and garlic. Cook 1 minute. Add chicken broth, Sriracha, soy sauce, balsalmic vinegar, and brussel sprouts. Add salt, black pepper, and red pepper. Cook until liquid reduces, then add sugar.

Keep cooking until sauce is thick and coats sprouts. Remove from heat and serve.
