  • Salad
  • 1 headNapa cabbage
  • 1 bunchgreen onion
  • 1 packagesRamen noodles - beef flavor
  • 1/3 cupsunflower seed kernels
  • 1/3 cupslivered almonds
  • Dressing
  • 2 tspsoy sauce
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  • 1 tspdry mustard
  • 1/4 cupvinegar
  • 1/2 cupsugar

  1. 1

    Chop green onions, and break the noodles.

  2. 2

    Sauté noodles in vegetable oil. Mix in with other salad ingredients.

  3. 3

    Blend the dressing ingredients together. Toss in salad directly before serving.
