I love this recipe because my kids don’t like tuna, but in these patties the flavor is barely noticeable! And they taste delicious.

Steps
- 1
In a pot, boil the potatoes with a little water and salt.
- 2
Drain the cans of tuna. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley. Set aside.
- 3
Once the potatoes are cooked, peel and dice them into small cubes. Add the tuna, onion, garlic, parsley, and egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4
Once all the ingredients are mixed, gradually add breadcrumbs until you have a dough you can shape into patties.
- 5
Fry the patties in a little oil until golden. Serve on a bed of lettuce and enjoy with Mexican-style red rice with vegetables.
