A family favourite. You can make 1 large crumble or individual ones, this recipe will make approx 5 small ramekins. Hope you enjoy. ?
Cooking Instructions

CRUMBLE TOPPING
In a bowl rub together the margarine and flour, till it looks like bread crumbs. - 2
Add the sugar and mix together. Set aside.

FILLING
Put gooseberries and sugar in a pan and cook on a gentle heat till fruit is soft. Drain away most of the juice. - 4
Put the cooked fruit in an oven proof dish, or individual ramekins. Do not over fill the dish or rameki as the fruit may boil over. Sprinkle over the crumble topping. Do not press the crumble down.

Put in a preheated oven at gas mark 5 and cook for approx 15 to 20 mins or untill the topping is begining to to darken and is slightly crisp.
