3/4 cupcooked rice
1 cuptuna
2/3 cupmilk
1 cupcream of chicken
1/2 cupbroccoli
1/4 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
2 tsponion powder
1 1/4 tspitalian seasoning
1/2 tbspbeef broth

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the box or bag of rice you will be cooking.

Cook tuna in a saucepan on high while you wait on the rice.

Add the cream of chicken, milk, and beef broth together in tuna

Next steam broccoli for a few minutes then add together in saucepan

Add the rest of the ingredients - salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning - inside the saucepan

Continue to simmer for about 7 - 10 min.
