Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 3 cuppoha
  • 4-5 tbspnariyal ki chutney
  • 1/2 nimbu ka ras
  • 1 tspsugar (optional)
  • 1medium size pyaz barik kata
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/4 cupmungfali
  • 1/4 tsprai
  • 1 tbspurad dal
  • 8-10curry leaves
  • 3-4slit Hari mirch
  • to tasteSalt
  • Dhaniya patti & anardane garnish ke liye

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Pohe dhokar pani drain kar dein jaise hum normally pohe banane ke liye karte hain. nariyal ki chutney mein nimbu ka ras, namak (pohe ke hisab se), sugar mix karke alag rakh dein.

    Pyaz ko barik Kat lein aur 2 hisso mein bant lein. Pohe hatho se khilakar 1 hissa pyaz usmein dal dein (abhi mix karne ki jarurat nahi hai).

    Ek pan mein oil garamkarke mongfali ke Dano ko fry karke nikale pohe par dal dein. Bache oil mein rai, uraddaal, curry leaves, Hari mirch, pyaz ka tadka banake pohe par dal dein. Ab chutney aur dhaniyapatti add karke halke hatho se mix karke halke hatho se dabakar dhak dein. 15 minutes baad Dheere Dheere pohe ko khila lein aur anardano se garnish karke serve karein.
