  1. 2fresh tomatoes
  2. 6fresh pepper
  3. 1onions
  4. 1 cupcrayfish
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1knorr cube
  7. 1/4 cupcanola oil
  8. roast chicken

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash tomatoes, pepper, onions, and crayfish then blend roughly and set aside

  2. 2

    Heat up canola oil and once its hot, add the blended paste and fry; after 5 minutes add the roast chicken and lower the heat

  3. 3

    Add knorr cube, salt and stir and turn off heat after another 5minutes

  4. 4

    Serve with boiled yam or potatoes
