Wash the breadfruit thoroughly and add to a cooking pot. Add water above the quantity in the pot and start cooking

Once the Ukwa starts boiling, add 2-3 tablespoonfuls of potash(this softens the Ukwa and makes it cook faster) and cook till soft (don't let the water dry off)
- 3
Sieve out the water and set aside
- 4
Add blended pepper and the ugbaka into the cooked ukwa, also add in the palm oil & some salt
- 5
Taste for salt then add seasoning and mix thoroughly

It's a real delicacy and it's very delicious too😎👍👌💪
