Boil milk 15mins.Add cornflour mixed with some milk in above boiling milk.Keep stirring.

Add sugar and mix well.Boil and off the gas.Cool it.Put in a container and keep in freezer for 8hrs

Whip the cream nicely.Take out milk cornflour mixture from freezer and beat.

Now mix together both milk and whipped cream.Add mango pulp and beat for 1min and put in container.

Keep the container in freezer for 9-10hrs till icecream is set.

Delicious MANGO ICECREAM is ready to serve.
