Ingredients

  1. 500 gmwhite flour or Maida
  2. 100 gmsesame
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  4. 2 cuppowdered sugar
  5. 2 tablespoonsghee for dough
  6. 100 gmghee for frying
  7. 1 pinchJaifal powder
  8. as neededMilk for making the dough

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl, add Mayda, sesame,ghee,salt and powdered sugar.

  2. 2

    Make a soft dough using milk, don't use water.

  3. 3

    After making the dough, make small balls. pressed the balls with fingers and gave them a flatten shape of Mathri.

  4. 4

    Heat ghee in a pan.

  5. 5

    Fry the Mathris in low flame till it's colour get golden brown.

  6. 6

    Cool down the Milk Mathri S and can save at least 1 month in a air tight container.
