Steps

Take a bowl, add Mayda, sesame,ghee,salt and powdered sugar.

Make a soft dough using milk, don't use water.

After making the dough, make small balls. pressed the balls with fingers and gave them a flatten shape of Mathri.

Heat ghee in a pan.
- 5
Fry the Mathris in low flame till it's colour get golden brown.

Cool down the Milk Mathri S and can save at least 1 month in a air tight container.
