To prepare the mixture, cook the onion with ghee until the onion softens, then add the garlic and sauté briefly. Remove from heat and add the remaining filling ingredients, mixing until well combined.

Place the sliced onions, lemons, and garlic at the bottom of the pot.

Take a grape leaf, place a little filling in it, fold the sides over the filling, and roll it up. Place it in the pot. Repeat this process until all the leaves are used.

Pour broth over the rolls until they are completely covered. Place a heatproof plate on top of the rolls, cover, and bring to a boil once. Then reduce to very low heat and cook until done.
