3-4 servings

1 cupsoaked sabudana
4boiled potatoes
2chop green chilli
1 tspchop green coriander
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp red chilli
2 pinchhaldi/turmeric powder
2 tspcrushed

Soak sabudana at over night.

Then water rinse and mix all ingredientes make a dough.

Then take a wok add oil,then oil heat take a sabudana mixer ball and make a vada fir your palm and fry for both sides.

Serve dhania pudina chutney.
