  • 1 tspHaldi
  • to tasteNamak
  • 1 tspAjwain
  • for fryOil
  • 1 tspLal mirch powder
  • 5-6curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Add salt,ajwain,haldi and oil and make a soft dough.

  2. 2

    Add this dough in a sev maker machine.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and deep fried the namkin sev.till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add peanuts,curry leaves and mix well.

  5. 5

    Namkin is ready.
