Ingredients

Bake 1 hour
4 servings
  1. 1 lbfrozen. Whitefish fillets(tilapia/Pollock/sole)
  2. 3medium potatoes peeled and sliced
  3. 1large onion sliced
  4. 1tin(10 3 /4 oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. to tasteSalt and pepper
  7. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Steps

Bake 1 hour
  1. 1

    Arrange fish in bottom of 9x13 baking dish

  2. 2

    Layer potatoes and onion on top of fish. Sprinkle layers with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Combine soup and milk and pour over all.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with shredded cheese

  5. 5

    Bake uncovered at 400 f. for 1 hour
