Heat oil.

Splutter mustard.

Add asafoetida/hing powder. Give a quick stir.

Now add in the grated raw mango.

Mix in the chilli powder, turmeric and salt.

Cook with stirring for 4 to 5 mins or till the mango gets cooked or till oil gets separated.

Now mix in the fenugreek powder.

Raw Mango Thokku is ready. Offer Raw Mango Thokku with curd rice to Lord Sri Krishna. Honor Krishna Prasadam.
